Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 8th annual Extravaganza Weekend that will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston North Shore from March 22nd to March 24th, 2024.
Our vision is to bring the national and international martial arts community together in one venue to unite and make a larger impact on people from all walks of life.
Through this event, our main goal is to share the numerous benefits of martial arts to as many people and groups as possible.
Your sponsorship will help in defraying some of the cost. Not only will you be contributing to an important mission and a vision of peace, but you will also have the opportunity to be in front of hundreds of people and make thousands of impressions online and in person through our sponsorship program.
- Friday March 22nd
- 06:00pm to 09:00pm - Meet & Greet
- Saturday March 23rd
- 08:00am to approx. 03:00pm – Seminars with world-renowned martial arts from around the world
- 06:30pm to 07:30pm – Cocktail Hour
- 07:30pm to 11:00pm – Banquet with the theme of “Peace through Martial Arts”
- Sunday March 24th
- 08:30am – Tournament. Doors open at 07:30am
- Estimated Impressions
- Audience is 90% local to Massachusetts, mainly North Shore. 750-1000 people over the three days of the event. An additional expected 1500 different impressions online and through social media platforms.
- Tournament is recorded and will be put on YouTube. The ads in between divisions will live on YouTube for years, adding more views and increasing the exposure.

Mention on Social Media
- What:Sponsors will be mentioned on Soke Paul Cervizzi's social media, as well as on the CMAA social media accounts. Gold and Platinum sponsors will have the opportunity to provide and hence share promotional videos (To be provided by the sponsor). This makes all the difference as 80% of the content seen on social media is video!
- Where:Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram.
- When:Starting 4 months before the event until the date of the event.
- Why:Consumers are online. Having a strong online presence is primordial for any company, brand, and service provider.
Greeting Banner
- What:10 by 10 banner with name & logo of all sponsors. Different font size by level of sponsorship.
- Where:Right before the Grand Ballroom entrance at the Hilton Doubletree. All guests will walk by the banner before starting any activity.
- When:Friday to Sunday.
- Why:Soft brand and name recognition.
Vendor Table
- What:Space provided (location and size depends on the level of sponsorship) to directly interact with the consumer. Attend one of our 2 coaching sessions for sponsors to make the most out of it.
- Where:On the hallway leading to the grand ballroom.
- When:Friday to Sunday (please do not leave any of your material unattended)
- Why:Build a relationship with the consumer
Raffle prizes
- What:Raffle tickets will be sold prior and during the event. During the banquet, two winners will be randomly picked and will win gift baskets. This is the opportunity for you to have the consumer take your marketing material home with them and share it with their sphere, extending the impression of your brand. All the guests will know in advance the content of the raffle basket.

Name on the back of t-shirts
- What:Sponsors names on the back of the events t-shirts that will be up for sale before, during, and after the event. The font size will depend on the sponsorship level.

Spot on coupon booklet
- What:All guests will receive a coupon booklet with deals, discounts, and offers from all the sponsors. The law of reciprocity is a very well documented way of connecting further with prospects and turning them into clients.

Banners in the ballroom
- What:Banners (feather banners for example, to be provided by the sponsor) will be around the stage in the grand ballroom during the banquet.

- What:Banners (feather banners for example, to be provided by the sponsor) will be around the rings on Sunday.
